Erin attended Westmeadows Kindergarten at the age of 4 years then went to Good Shepherd School Primary School. Her secondary education was at Lowther Hall where she left after making her debut in Year 11.

Erin now works full time. In her spare time, Erin enjoys swimming, learning ballroom dancing, playing softball, horse riding and riding her bike. She also does a twice weekly work out at Fernwood Fitness Centre. In her quiet time Erin loves doing longstitch. Her ambition is to travel the world.
